Kristen and Kristopher’s Wedding Photography
April and May have been really busy, and all in a good way! We left Bend, Oregon, in our camper van to start a 2,000 mile, 3 wedding, 19 day journey down to California to camp, visit family and friends, photograph, ride bikes, hike, slackline and sit on the beach toward the end of April. I’m now catching up on being gone for almost 3 weeks and starting back on blogging. Along the way we discovered that camping in rest stops is not as bad as it sounds, dogs aren’t allowed (technically) in rental cars and that 5 liters of beer can fit in a really large cup! I’ve been so busy with getting shoots turned around to clients in a timely manner that I realized I haven’t been blogging anything since March, so here it goes!
Kristen and Kristopher’s winery wedding at Cass Winery in Paso Robles was beautiful event and a really fun time with great people. I had worked with Kristen a few years ago on some shoots so knew how positive her energy is and I was so happy to find that all her friends share her great attitude so I knew right away it was going to be a great wedding. The ladies were having fun getting ready for the wedding and enjoying the day while the guys were managing to have their own good times while waiting. As we did the first look, I knew that Kristopher and Kristen have a great thing going as they totally lit up when they saw each other and all their friends and family came together, it was awesome to be a part of that. We then headed over to the winery for the ceremony and reception and while it was pretty windy I loved that the positive and fun energy kept rolling through the night while everyone had a great time!
Congratulations to Kristen and Kristopher, thanks so much for having me as part of your wedding day!
